The first quarter

 

In quarter one, our team was formed. At first, we had some difficulties with understanding each other’s cultures and personal backgrounds. When the time went on, our group members got used to each other and we learned to work together quite well. The team sports really helped us to develop as a team, because we got to know each other in a different way. Everybody had a desire to win and we tried to do our best in order to achieve the common goal. We started to work as a strong unit. It included benefitting from strengths of each team member and supporting the one who was struggling. We tried hard to achieve excellence as a team, and be the best team we could possibly be.Eventually, we did really well in team sports and in the other subjects as well. We all feel it is a true honour to be a part of Team “Poopsiki”, and look forward to continuing to work in this great team. We will use the same tactics and objectives in the next quarter as they worked well in the first quarter and we are satisfied with the result.
