Roles

Everyone in our group has his or her own task. We took the strengths of every team member into consideration when dividing the tasks.

First of all, we have a team leader - Anastassia. She keeps us on track and makes sure we finish all the assignments on time. She is hard-working and reliable, which makes her a good manager of the team. Jamie is our sportsman, he can play every sport equally well. He encourages us to bring out the best of us in every team sport. He hates losing and is very determined, so he motivates his group members to perform well. 
Tim-Jan is our joker, he always makes sure we have a good time. But don't underestimate him, he is also our silent star in the team sports and even dancing. Tim-Jan is very diligent and fun-loving at the same time, the team loves him a lot. Alexander is really good at cricket and taught all of us how to play it. Unfortunately, he is injured. But despite being injured, he encourages us to play rugby and brings up the team spirit. He is very responsible and focused, serves a good example for his team members. Elif is our decision maker as she is very rational and wise. When we are discussing something, she is the one who says "Okay, what are we going to do now?” This really helps to keep the flow going. Rowana is a positive one and good with computers. She is very creative and cheerful as well. When we have a setback, she is the one who says "Come on, we can do this!”
